My greatest fear was something being my fault or what if I was wrong and then what if I fail. Turned out it was all three that I was guilty of. Until I opened up and started talking about it could I realize any of it. When it was brought to light, then I could deal with it. If something is my fault I fix it, if by the off chance that I am wrong ;) I admit it, if I do fail, I learn from the experience then try again. Doing Body for Life has tought me that it is about progress and working towards perfection.
