When I was stationed with you at NSGA Kunia I got a lot of good tip from you how to change workout and my diet. I praise you for being a single mom and getting your BA degree and working on your MA degree. Everytime I go to the gym I think back of all good information you gave me and I try to stay on the right track it not always easy, but I think back at your firey personality you would get on my case. I just want to say thank you for everything. Udenia you have been my inspiration to stay fit.
