Hi Mike! I've gotten some emails the past few days regarding "are you going to send in your packet, aren't you embarrassed?" and "I'm doing BFL, but I know I can't win, why should I bother?" I've added my personal thoughts but I'm directing them here as well, because you explain it far better than I can. I think I end up doing that a lot "here's what I think, but go here, Mike has thoughts about it" :)

Love the blog, glad I finally got situated to get re-registered!

Great blog mike!I've already taken my before pictures 3weeks ago and I intend to take another one when i reach 4 weeks, now even though I cannot enter the official BFL challenge which is available for US citizens only, however this will not stop me from investing myself again in this challenge, I am looking forward for great results and I know i can achieve with all the dedication I've set out.I just have one question , people have noticed that I have lost a bit of weight in the past 2weeks.I started the challenge at 141 lbs with a 11% body fat percentage , should i consume whey protein/fruits before my workouts(weight and cardio) or just STICK to the book and follow the challenge inspite of my high metabolism?

Cheers everyone!!
