     Once again you caused me to do a double-take with your title and then to read your words very carefully.  I guess I never really considered &quot;potential&quot; in that way before--usually I think of &quot;potential&quot; in a more positive light.  Your closing sentence makes it clear that success comes from hard work and not from mere hope and intentions.  This was a great way to start the day!
