Oh Mike - you can always read my mind! I was starting to fall into the 'trap' - yesterday I ate several chocolate chip cookies (brought in from work - and I KNOW BETTER!) then thought - well, maybe just this week.... Reading your blog has me back on track. I have a Christmas Eve dinner tonight, and will do as you suggest, including getting outside today AND tomorrow for a brisk walk - MERRY CHRISTMAS MIKE - THANK YOU for all that you do!!

Thanks Mike! I was really worried about Christmas and the day after because I have three "dinners" to attend. After reading your blog, I am now ready to face my challenges these next few days and already have a game plan in mind to eat clean and do well! Thanks again and Merry Christmas.
