Thank you for encouraging all of us. I'm ready to go and can't wait until my next workout. I so want to hit my 10's and break through to the next level. I can relate to each of these blogs and love the inspiration. The voices in our heads are so powerful. It's amazing to tap into that type of realization when you are pushing through the levels. When my voices are positive....the seconds on the clock just fly by. When my voices are negaive....it seems like it's never going to end. I'm working on ruling out the negative thoughts.
