I was very much the same way before starting this program, not overweight but looking to firm up, and eating well but only when I was really hungry. What I found personally was that because I was so used to eating until I was full when I did eat, it was difficult to eat the correct portion sizes at five or six meals to still fall within a healthy calorie range. I have to say I also felt that the recommended amount of food was simply too much for a person of my frame. I would highly recommend using an application such as mypyramid to calculate your personal energy requirements and to calculate your caloric intake.</description>

		<description>I have been doing BFL for 4 weeks.  Although I understand there won&#039;t be much, if any changes in my body at this point, I have to say I&#039;m frustrated that not only is my scale up a good 5 pounds but my clothes are tighter than ever! I will admit that starting this program, I was not overweight.  I was simply looking to tone and make my clothes fit better.  I didn&#039;t even eat 3 full meals a day, let alone 6 mini.  So, maybe I&#039;m gaining &quot;fat&quot; because my body is storing...being shocked at the amount of food being put in my body, and after 6-8 weeks it will start &quot;melting&quot; off?? that&#039;s my hope. I do eat well.  I watch what I eat, but also don&#039;t eat a lot of protien.  I use to skip breakfast (I know is bad), and sometimes lunch, only to eat a large dinner.  Could my body be storing food as fat...thinking I&#039;m not going to eat again for a while?  Please help me get past the mental hurdle of gaining weight right now...I want this to work, but my gut is telling me something is not right...</description>
