I am a 61 year old fitness athlete, the 2006 Body for Life Champion in the 50 and over category.

In the real world, the job that pays the bills is working as a magistrate for the State of Michigan. I’m a resident of Okemos Michigan. My interests in addition to fitness include writing, motivational speaking, evangelism, and travel.  The Harris household includes my wife Ruth and my faithful dog, Milly the wonder dog, an elderly Brittany Spaniel.  Our son Eric lives in Woodland Park, CO (15 miles west of Colorado Springs) and is an IT Manager for a large casino in Cripple Creek, CO. My daughter Stefanie and our 3 grandchildren live in Grinnell Iowa, where Stefanie is a P.A. for a surgical practice.
